Step by Step Guide

  1. Register.

Step 1:  Register
  Registration is easy.  Use your EMAIL address as your USERNAME, fill in the few details we require to contact you, including your Postcode.  These will be used in your free classified directory entries to calculate distance from any viewers.  Simply submit the registration form and you will receive a confirmation email and password.

Step 2:  Login
  The EMAIL contains a computer generated password and a login location.  Just click on the link and it will take you to our Retailers Login Page.  Enter the supplied Password and click 'Login'.  That's it! You are now registered and can use all of the services.

Step 3:  Activate your free Directory Entries.
  Before your entries can be viewed they need to be activated.  Once logged in click on the free entry button.  You will need to choose a classification for your entry and provide whatever other details you want to appear in your entry.  Preview your entry and then save it once you are happy.  Your entry is now active in the sites.  You can alter your entries at any time.  If you have multiple locations or require extra visibility go to steps 7 and 8.
All entries are produced randomly so all entries have the same chance of appearing on the first page unless the viewer requests them alphabetically or by shortest distance.

Step 4:  Create your Free Van Quote.
  If you are a new van retailer then you can make use of a free outright purchase quote.  Click the free quote button and follow the instructions. The quote can be changed at any time you wish.  Free Quotes will run for 50 weeks, but you can renew or change them at any time and they will then run for another 50 weeks. (We do this so that out of date quotes do not stay on the system)

With all of our quotes, we have no retailer preference and you do not have to constantly update (or pay) for your quote to be displayed on the first page.  Ordering is by quote price.

Step 5:  Change your PASSWORD
  Our generated password can be easily be changed by our update registration feature.

Step 6:  Obtain Credits
  Before you can follow any of the following steps you will need credits.  Credits can be obtained from our secure payment site or by sending a cheque.  Credits cost 10p each and can be redeemed against any of our services.

Step 7:  Additional Directory Entries.
  If you wish to have your entry show in other classifications you can buy them here. (You can then manage multiple sites from a single account as each entry can be different).
  You can change or renew your entries at any time.

Step 8:  Sponsor Directory Entries.
  We provide a facility for sponsored entries. Sponsored entries are limited to ten per classification and are always presented in the order they were sponsored.  See our tariff table for sponsorship rates.

Step 9:  Provide additional outright purchase quotes for new vans.
  Once you have obtained credits, it is easy to publish quotes for outright purchases.  Click the 'New Quote' button select Manufacturer, model and however many trims you require.  You can then add how long you wish the quote to run for, prices, comments etc.  If you leave the quote blank then the quote will be displayed as P.O.A.  You can schedule quotes to run immediately or at a time in the future.

Step 10:  Provide finance quotes for new vans.
  As for outright purchase quotes once you have obtained credits, it is easy to publish quotes for finance deals.  Click the 'New Contract' button select the type of finance and then,  Manufacturer, model and however many trims you require.  You can then add how long you wish the quote to run for, prices, comments etc.  If you leave all the the details blank then the quote will be displayed as P.O.A.  You can schedule finance quotes to run immediately or at a time in the future.

Step 11:  Provide your logo.
  You can supply picture files of type JPEG, BMP and GIF. All logos will be displayed as 150 x 100.  Simply up load your logo and it will be associated with your quotes, sponsored entries and forecourt details.

Step 12:  Down Load Quote Spread Sheet.
  Available Shortly.

Using this facility you will be able to download a quote spreadsheet (finance and outright) which you can fill in offline and send to us for loading. Assuming you have sufficient credits.

We reserve the right to change any of the above rates without giving notice, but will honour any outstanding commitments for existing registered retailers and make suitable adjustments if our rates fall.
