 Vehicle Discounts Limited accepts no liability for fraudulent activity by traders or advertisers on this site.  Please inform us if you think such activity has/may/will take place. (contact us)

 This site is provided for information purposes only to prospective buyers of vehicles and for retailers and service providers to advertise in our classified trade directories or provide quotes or finance offers on new or pre registered vans.  While we take every care to ensure all the information we provide is correct, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate or misleading information published by advertisers or ourselves.

If you use this site:
You agree not to use high-volume, automated, electronic processes to access or query the  “Van Reference”, "Classified Trade Directories" or “Quotes” databases.

 You may only use Data for lawful purposes.  Under no circumstances will you use this data to:

(1)   Allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission of unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations via e-mail, telephone, or facsimile or post.

(2)   Enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to ‘Vehicle Discounts Limited’ (or its computer systems). The compilation, repackaging, dissemination or other use of this Data is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of ‘Vehicle Discounts Limited’.

 ‘Vehicle Discounts Limited’ reserves the right to terminate your access to this site at its sole discretion, for excessive querying of the site databases or for failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Find a cheaper comparable internet price for any of our vans and we will advertise it FREE.
Applies to New Outright Quotes and must be at least £10 less than the current advertised price.

Retailer and Service Provider Terms and Conditions.

By using the site: You agree not to publish or link to anything unlawful, offensive, malicious, libellous, deliberately misleading, or pornographic from our website. We reserve the right to remove any entry, contract quote, used van advert or quote for any reason.

By using the site you agree not to use or pass on to third parties any contact details passed to you as a result of any enquiry via the web site.  The only exceptions to this are to answer the original contact or if the original contact specifically agrees to such actions.

Credits are none transferable. We will credit any outstanding monies on request (less a £20 handling charge) subject to the amounts being verified.

We have a privacy policy that prevents us from using any information collected or passing it on to third parties. As a registered retailer we will only contact you in the normal course of our business relationship.
The following exceptions will apply: sending your registration password; sending password reminders  you have requested, changes to terms or services, notifying you when a sponsored directory listing or advert is due to expire.

Throughout the site we do not use cookies for storing information. However you may use cookies for storing your user login information if you wish. The information stored will not be used for any other purpose.

Retailers are restricted to one free registered user per company or sole trader.

We reserve the right to reject any registration, contract quote, quote, used van advert  or classified entry.

Registered users are restricted to one free trial for any of our services (when offered) and we reserve the right to withdraw the free trial for any reason.

Wherever possible, retailers will ensure all adverts, quotes and classified entries are valid and available.  (All of our services provide users with the means for instantly providing information and for removing it).
