You can add as many paid for listings or quotes as you want. You can choose how many, when and for how long you advertise, (we do not tie you into expensive monthly contracts you may not fully use)!

As we are a completely independent online operation we can offer far better value advertising rates.

Classified Trade Directories

- As a registered retailer you will receive a free standard classified entry. This will be displayed on two of our sites.
- For a small annual fee you can add additional standard entries for different categories. All standard entries are initially displayed randomly so that "Aardvark motors" does not necessarily come before "Zulu vans". Potential buyers can also see who is the nearest retailer with a post code distance service.
- All of our entries allow you to have a description, a web link and an email link for no extra cost. The description and the web link will also help you build up your web site's search rankings by providing a link to your site.
- If you want your classified entry to stand out and always be amongst the first, you can sponsor your entry and supply your logo. Sponsored entries are limited and presented on the oldest first basis. So for a modest amount you can always be at the top of the sponsored listings. ( For a full list of tariffs see Tariffs)

Your listings, provided they conform to our terms and conditions are without ties. We do not require reciprocal links, although this would be nice if you appreciate our service.

New Van Quotes

- As a registered retailer you will receive a free outright purchase van quote. You can pick any van in our database and provide a quote for it. Interested buyers can then contact you by email or from the details in your free entry. Again you save time and money by cutting out the time wasters. (You can change the quote at any time to another van or different price).
- One quote may not normally be enough, so you can publish as many as you wish for a small weekly fee and extend or shorten the quote depending on interest.
- Quotes are presented lowest price first. You do not have to quote a price, but can invite buyers to contact you if you have offers that you may not wish to publicise. All quotes contain a comments section so that you can differentiate your quote from all other similarly priced ones.

You may extend or shorten the time a quote runs for. Therefore if you have sold your stock of vans at the discount price and do not wish to receive any more enquiries, just pull the ad and stop receiving enquiries.

We provide the tools for you to maintain or create new quotes. In addition we can provide an alias service to allow buyers to contact you for those deals you are not allowed to advertise. All enquiries are redirected to you using a dummy email address.
A spreadsheet can be made available if you wish to create your entries off line.

NB You do not have to refresh your quote every few minutes or pay extra to ensure it stays visible. If you have the best deal it stays top.

Financed Quotes

In addition to quotes for outright purchases you can quote for financed purchases or leases. The buyer can choose the plan they want and understand the implications before contacting you. Again this will save you time and effort explaining each individual finance type. We currently support the following finance types: Hire Purchase; Lease Purchase; Contract Purchase; Contract Hire; and Finance Lease. All finance deals are presented in a uniform way, so buyers are not confused by all the different ways of presenting a quote.

- You can provide and maintain as many quotes and types of finance as you wish. Because it is inexpensive you can afford to cover all of the different finance plans and terms, again saving time explaining all of the many options you can offer.

Payments

The method of payment we use is to allow you to purchase 'credits' in advance that can be swapped for classified directory entries or advertising van deals. We will be providing recurring payments by Credit Card and Direct Debit shortly.

All credit purchases include VAT.

All payments are currently made through PayPal's secure payment service. Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use your company debit or credit card to make payments. Or you may purchase them by post.

You can purchase any amount of online credits in advance, but there is a minimum purchase amount of £10 (inc VAT) Exactly 100 credits. This will be sufficient to purchase 10 years of standard directory entries or 50 weeks of quotes. Discounts apply for larger credit purchases.

Credits can be obtained by post by sending a cheque or postal order made payable to Vehicle Discounts Limited. Purchase value £50 and over get 20% extra credits. i.e. 600 credits for £50
Purchase value £100 and over get 50% extra credits. i.e. 1,500 credits for £100
Purchase value £200 and over get 100% extra credits. i.e. 4,000 credits.

We reserve the right to change any of the above rates without giving notice, but will honour any outstanding commitments for existing registered retailers and make suitable adjustments if our rates fall.
